Rates

All rates are given per apartment and include the use of the car park, MTB lock-up, laundry room and wi-fi access. Costs for end-of-stay cleaning, water, electricity and household linen are also included.

Rates

1. Lemon, Orange apartments min € 40,00 / giorno max € 100,00 / giorno
2. Olive, Bay-Leaf apartments min € 40,00 / giorno max € 100,00 / giorno
3. Truffle apartment: min. €50,00 per day – max €130,00 per day
4. Heating: up to 15 May and from 15 September if needed, €10,00 per day

5. Arrivals: apartments are available to guests from noon onwards on the day of arrival.
6. Departments: guests are kindly requested to vacate their apartment by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
7. Payment: cash upon arrival.
8. Bed-linen change: bed-linen changed upon request, €10 per person per change
9. Booking confirmation and cancellations: a down-payment is required when a booking is confirmed. You may cancel your booking up to two weeks prior to your arrival. After this time limit, your down-payment will be retained as a cancellation penalty. Bed-linen change: bed-linen changed upon request, €10 per person per change

We inform you that from June 21st 2011, the Italian local authorities have the possibility of introducing a tourist tax. This tax has never been included in our quotations (offers or contracts) and it must be paid by the client directly at the hotel/resort.
